Message: They are a decent C. U. over all. For the 3rd time @ the NBCU downtown main branch (drive-thru). The teller put my $130. 00 into another person's ck-account. I even sent the teller my bank card, ID etc. And yet she still deposited MY $ INTO another account. I had to run into the bank to explain the NBCU's doings again. Mistakes happen. But, NO EXCUSE, .. period. ;-)..

Message: I think NBCU is a dissent bank but there is always room to improve especially, when it comes to assessing fees on overdraft accounts. They are quick to assess penalties ranging from $10 to $35. The main reason people go to credit Unions is to getaway from predatory penalties used at big banks. They need to revise their policies on assessing fees on overdraft accounts.
